Description
Citrus × aurantium L., Rutaceae (bitter orange) is an evergreen tree with very fragrant flowers and orange, acidic-tasting fruit (Fleming, 2000). The fruit peel is rich in essential oil, mostly composed of terpenes, with limonene as the main constituent.
