Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition with intact packaging.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
Products nearing expiry or mishandled items are not eligible.
3. Return Process
Contact us within the return window via email or customer support, providing order details and evidence (photos if damaged/wrong item).
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping address. Responsibility for shipping costs will be informed in advance.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
5. Partial Refunds
If only minor issues exist, a partial refund, discount, or store credit may be offered.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but returns may be requested if eligible.
