Mogroside/Luo Han Guo / Monk Fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii) sweetener is the Monk fruit extract, and contains traces of ‘erythritol’. Monk fruit is naturally sweet fruit (2 to 5 times sweeter than sugar), but does not raise blood sugar levels.
