Shipra Organic Yohimbe Bark (Pausinystalia yohimbe) Extract Powder 100 Gram Pack

Potential/traditional uses include:

• Libido & sexual function: traditionally used to support sexual desire; yohimbine has been studied for erectile dysfunction, but evidence for yohimbe supplements themselves is insufficient.
• Stimulant effect: may increase alertness and nervous-system activity.
• Exercise/athletic performance: promoted for energy and performance, but there isn’t enough evidence to establish a benefit.
• Weight/fat loss: frequently marketed for fat burning, but NIH reviews find insufficient evidence and no established weight-loss benefit.
