Kelp Sea Liquid Extract 100 ML Pack

• Natural source of iodine — iodine is required for normal thyroid-hormone production.
• Provides marine nutrients naturally present in edible seaweeds.
• Contains alginates and other seaweed polysaccharides; research suggests possible effects on metabolic and cardiovascular markers, although human evidence is still limited.
• May support normal energy metabolism indirectly when it supplies adequate dietary iodine.
• May complement a balanced diet as a concentrated seaweed-derived ingredient.
• Seaweed research has shown some potentially favorable effects on blood lipids, glucose metabolism, blood pressure, and body composition, but these findings are not strong enough to treat kelp extract as a treatment for these conditions.

Important for your 100 ml liquid extract: Kelp can contain very high and variable amounts of iodine. Excess iodine can adversely affect thyroid function, particularly in susceptible people.
